The Cathedral Museum is in the 19th Century cloister and chapterhouse of the cathedral. One of the museum`s greatest treasures is a late 17th Century siver monstrance, said to be the third largest in Spain. It is over two metres high. There is also a 14th Century altarpiece by Bernabe de Modena of St Lucy and the Virgin. In the chapterhouse are other monstrances and chalices. On display is part of a Roman sarcophagus with a carving of Apollo and the Muses.
