The Church of La Encarnacion is a Neo-classical church of unusual design. It was built in the late 18th Century during the reign of Carlos 111 to the plans of the architect Ventura Rodriguez. The building is mainly circular and its dome consists of a single stone. It was the first church to have this kind of dome. The main chapel is a small rectangular section of the church.
