The large church of Nuestra de la Candelaria stands on the edge of the deep ravine Barranco de Moya. It is best seen on the road approaching from Santa Maria de Guia. Earlier churches collapsed into the ravine in 1671 and 1704, although a 15th Century image of the Virgin Mary was preserved. The present church dates from the 1950s and has two bell towers and a rose window.
