The Church of Santa Maria dates fom the 12th Century and it was a royal chapel for the monarchs of Navarra. The church has an elaborate facade and on the tympanum are scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary and Christ. Inside there is a Renaissance retable and a Gothic carving of the Virgin. Another treasure is the 14th Century Gothic Christ of the Good Death.
