The atmospheric, ruined Convent of Santo Domingo forms part of Pontevedra Museum. The convent was founded in the late 13th Century. Only the sanctuary with its chapels is still standing. On display are architectural remains such as Roman and Gothic capitals. There are Galician coats of arms and tombs from different periods. Of special interest are the tombs of craftsmen with carvings of the tools they used.
