The Museo del Traje is an interesting museum with collections of clothing from medieval times to the present day. These range from shoes and everyday clothes to wedding clothes. On display are costumes designed by famous 20th Century Spanish couturiers such as Cristobal Balenciaga and Mariano Fortuny. There are thousands of items and the changes in clothing and fashions are colourfully presented in this modern museum.
