The Coto Donana National Park is an area of dunes, pine forest, scrub and wetlands, habitat for lynx, wild boar, genet and deer. Many species of migrating and nesting birds such as stork, egret, stilt, avocet, warblers and eagles may be seen. From the visitor centre are short circular walks and nearby are birdwatching hides. Binoculars are available for hire, although it is advisable to bring your own. The park also organizes bus trips with a guide through the park.
