The Jardins d` Alfabia are beautiful gardens on an estate rhat was originally a Muslim residence. Very little remains from the 14th Century but there are Spanish Arabic fountains and a Mudejar inscription on the gatehouse`s ceiling. The oasis like gardens have an ever flowing spring and palm trees, fruit trees and bamboos. Many types of trees grow here including eucalyptus, acacia and maple. There is an English style garden with a lily pond. Exhibits including a 15th Century oak chair can be seen in the hacienda.
