The Casa Museo Martin Alonso Pinzon was the home of the captain of the Pinta. This was one of the three ships that set sail on 3 August 1492 from Palos de la Frontera on the westward voyage of Christopher Columbus. Martin Alonso Pinzon organized the local seamen and the ships for the voyage. Inside the museum are exhibitions about Christopher Columbus and his voyages as well as other aspects of Palos de la Frontera.
