Museu de la Mar is perched on the top of a cliff between the harbour and the sea. From its site are magnificent views. The museum tells the history of Port de Soller and of its main exports, which were oranges, olives and fish. Before it was easy to reach Soller from Palma, the town was was self-sufficient thanks to its export of oranges.
