The Parc Natural de S` Albufera consists of wetlands where over two hundred kinds of birds have been seen. The park was once part of a larger swamp that was drained to claim farmland and eradicate malaria. There is a reception centre, wildlife displays, footpaths and bird watching hides. Crakes and warblers are resident whilst cranes, plovers and godwits may be seen on migration. Around the reed-beds wild flowers grow. The park is signposted on the C712.
