Pena de los Gitanos

The Pena de los Gitanos is the location of an archaeological site that has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest. It is situated on high ground among oak forests. There are nearly one hundred Megalithic tombs here and some are over twenty-five feet long. In this area there are also several caves with prehistoric paintings. Items such as flint tools and bone combs have been found.
