Playa de la Canteria is a beautiful, remote, large beach west of the little village of Orzola at the northernmost tip of Lanzarote Island. The beach is popular with windsurfers but it has strong sea currents and is dangerous for swimming. Orzola is a fishing village with seafood reataurants overlooking the harbour. Boats leave from here several times a day for the island of La Graciosa.
