The Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso is a pedestrianised square with benches, fountains and trees in the centre of Azca, a modern commercial centre created in the late 20th Century. Here you will find department stores, shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, bars, discos and offices. There are many high buildings including the Torre Europe with its 28 floors of offices and the Torre Picasso which has 46 floors and a heliport.
