Puerto Banus is a glamorous, luxurious port with white apartment houses and a backdrop of high mountains. Built in 1968, it is the first of Spain`s marina village developments. The marina is filled with all types of craft from enormous yachts to small sailing boats. Around the marina are bars, cafes and restaurants as well as shops and boutiques. Celebrities are often spotted here and there is a busy nightlife.
