The Salzillo Museum is devoted to the work of the polychrome wood sculptor Francisco Salzillo who lived in the 18th Century. His mother was Spanish whilst his father was an Italian sculptor. In the museum are several huge pasos that he carved for the procession on Good Friday during Holy Week in Murcia. These include groups at the Last Suppper. There are also more than five hundred of Salzillo`s miniature terracotta nativity figures.
