The Pre Industrial Sugar Cane Museum offers visitors a tour where they can discover the culture and history of the sugar cane. The museum is on the site of a 16th Century sugar mill and it explains the history and manufacturing process of this food product between the 13th and the 18th centuries. There are wooden presses and scale models as well as production rooms.
