The Teno Massif of Tenerife reaches the Atlantic at enormous, high, black cliffs called Acantilados de los Gigantes. These majestic cliffs, rising from the water for almost 2000 feet, are a breathtaking, stunning sight. They are best seen by taking a boat excursion from Puerto de Santiago. Here there is a black, sandy beach. There are also excursions from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas.
