The Town Hall is located in a small square in the centre of the historical quarter of Pamplona. The lower part of the building is Baroque and has many sculptures, including two figures of Hercules. The columns are in various styles whilst the upper part of the facade is Neo-classical. Crowds gather around the Town Hall at the start of Los Sanfermines in July.
