The Town Hall dates from 1613 and its facade was remodelled in the late 18th Century with the addition of an English clock given to the town by Richard Kane, the first British governor of Menorca. At the portico are plaques recording its building and royal visits, as well as a sculpture of Sant Sebastian, the patron saint of the city. Inside are portraits of former governors and a painting by the Italian artist Guiseppe Chiesa.
