The Barrau Museum is dedicated to the painter Laurea Barrau i Bunot who was an important figure in the Modernista movement in Barcelona. He lived from 1863 to 1967 and came to live in Ibiza in 1912. Here he painted local scenes of streets and people all in the Impressionist style. Much of his work has found its way into other museums and private collections. This gallery is in an old house near the Puig de Missa Church.
