The Church of Puig de Missa stands on a small hill surrounded by picturesque houses. This fortified church was constructed after pirates had destroyed an earlier chapel. Designed by Italian architect Calvi, the earliest part of the building was built in the mid 16th Century whilst the side chapels and splendid porch with its arches were added about 1700. Inside is a large altar from Segovia.
