The Museo de Bellas Artes is housed in a former convent and it is considered one of the best art museums in Spain. The 17th Century building is arranged around three patios and has recently been restored. The collection consists of works by Spanish artists and sculptors, some of which were of the Seville school. There are works by Murillo, Velazquez, Valdes Leal, El Greco, Zurbaran, Ribero and Alonso Cano. Pedro Millan`s 15th Century terracotta sculptures are on display.
