The Granxa do Xesto Park is a large natural area on the slopes of the hill known as Monte Pedroso. It is a good area for walking and a path known as the Way of the Cross, marked with stone crosses, leads up to the summit where you can enjoy views over the city. There are also small lakes and woodlands with pines and eucalyptus trees. The park has grassy areas and benches as well as a cafe and children`s playground.
