Mora de Rubielos has a grand castle built of pinkish stone. During medieval times it was a noble residence as well as a fortress. Its rooms are arranged around a courtyard and there is an ethnological exhibition in one of the rooms. Mora de Rubielos is a small village of medieval houses with wrought-iron balconies and a 17th Century town hall. Below the castle stands the Gothic collegiate Church of Santa Maria.
