In the old part of Soria stands the Palace of the Counts of Gomera. Now a National Monument, the building dates from the 16th Century and has a long facade in both the Renaissance and Classsical styles. Built of ashlar stone, it has an imposing tower and is now the headquarters of the Provincial Law Courts. This is one of the many splendid historic buildings that may be seen by those who take strolls around the charming city of Soria.
