The Patronos de la Virgen Museum is housed in a fine 17th Century mansion. This folk museum offers visitors the opportunity to see how people lived on the island in times past. The patio has an Italian fountain and around it are furnished rooms, including bedrooms and an authentic kitchen, as well as a chapel. Teror is said to be one of the prettiest towns on the island and there are other attractive houses near the square.
