The Beach of Sant Feliu de Guixols nestles in a bay. This wide arc of coarse sand is almost a quarter of a mile long and at one end there is a marina. Behind the beach is the Passeig del Mar with its pavement cafes. The town has many Modernista buildings. During the feast of Corpus Christi in June the promenade is decorated with flower petals.
