The Museo Monografico de Tiermes comprises an archaeological site and a museum displaying materials from excavations. These include weapons, ceramics, coins and other remains. There is a necropolis with excavated buildings and Roman constructions including an aqueduct. Visitors can also find out about Tiermes in the medieval period when a church and monastery was built. Two hundred tombs of the period were discovered near the hermitage.
