The Casa Museo Blasco Ibanez is a three storeyed villa that was the home of Vicente Blasco Ibanez, a late 19th Century Valencian writer who had unconvential ideas. He spent time in France, was imprisoned for unpatriotic activities in Spain, became a MP and died in Menton in 1928. The house was rebuilt in the 1990s to its early 20th Century style and in the museum are copies of his novels and the newspaper Pueblo which he establishd, as well as personal items.
