This modern centre is housed in a restored 19th Century building which opened in 2002 and here you will find a superb collection of Galician art which consists of over 4000 works. This multifunctional building also holds exhibitions centred around the environment and conservation. There is a garden in the centre. Three areas are devoted to temporary exhibitions, and workshops and conferences are held here. There is a shop.
