The Ceta House is an old town house built in the late Gothic style. Dating from the 15th Century it is one of the oldest buildings in Vigo and it is reminiscent of a medieval tower. It is plainly decorated but there are gargoyles and two coats of arms. One is of two lions whilst the other belonged to the Ceta family. The building is now the home of a foundation dedicated to Portuguese culture and language.
