Costa Nord is s cultural centre opened by the American actor Michael Douglas who owns an estate near Valldemossa. At the centre you can watch a short film narrated by Michael Douglas about this area of Mallorca, the local wildlife and the Archduke Luis Salvador. There is also a concert hall which attracts international performers during the summer months as well as a restaurant and souvenir shop.
