Parque de la Florida is a beautful city park in the centre of Vitoria - Gasteiz. It was originally designed as a botanical garden in the style of 19th Century French gardens and contains exotic plants and trees, some of them over one hundred years old. The park has a couple of cafes and there is a bandstand where concerts are sometimes held. A walking and cycling trail to Armentia and the Basilica de San Prudencio starts from the park.
