The Museum of Natural Sciences contains a large collection of fossils, bones and stuffed animals. It is housed in a building that was once a restaurant for the Royal Gardens and it has been established for about one hundred years. There are audio-visual presentations and you can learn about prehistoric caves and the work of important Valencian scientists. Other themes include the local ecosystem and the Albuferia lake. A local doctor donated material about the paleontology of South America.
