The Palacio de Escoriaza-Esquibel is one of the most splendid buildings in the old part of the town. It dates from 1540 and it has a lovely facade and the portal is in the Plateresque style. Nearby are well preserved remains of the medieval walls. The palace is in an interesting area of the town where the ancient streets are linked by alleys and steps. Nearby is the Card Museum.
