Platja de Miramar is a sandy beach which is about a mile long and alongside it runs a promenade with palm trees. From the beach are superb views of the Sierra del Montgro mountains. This is a Blue Flag beach with a Red Cross centre and there is access for those with reduced mobility. There are also areas for sports and children`s playgrounds. Windsurfing is popular here during windy, summer afternoons.
