The Puebla de San Miguel Natural Park is a beautiful, mountainous area. The highest peak, the Alto de las Barracas, rises to 1839 metres. In the park you will find juniper trees that are over one thousand years old. There are also yew trees, pines and holm oak. Goat, mountain cat, marten and wild boar live here as well as many birds of prey, including the short-toed eagle.
