Bocairent is located on a hill in the beautiful Sierra Mariola mountain range. With its steep streets and flowers, passageways and steps, it is delightful to explore. During the early 19th Century a bullring was carved out of the rock. Nowadays, summer concerts are regularly held there. The church has a small museum with paintings and church plate. A cliff in the area has many caves of unknown origin.
